If you run your tractor down the road in Hi 4th at PTO RPM and then trottle it down all the way you should be able to hear the turbo whistle. If you have the 3LM on it it will whistle a little louder than a factory turbo. If your turbo isn't working you will notice it when you try to pull the plow in Lo 4th. It is going to smoke like a son-of-a-gun if it isn't. I would think that it would be pretty sluggish if you are running at half throttle and pull it wide open.
