1939 and 1944 Farmall M

Yesterday I stopped and looked at a pair of Farmall M's one was a 1939 and the other was a 1944 the 44 was maybe a 9 out of 10 and the 39 was maybe a 7 out of 10 both run excellent the 44 is ready to go and needs nothing the 39 needs a new battery and a new seat and could use some new paint and tires both are complete. the price for both is $1500.00 should I let these go or buy them?
