chads repower a m with a 221

Chads what all do i have to do with the clutch and fly wheel to make this swap plus do i need the back plate from a 560 to bolt the 221 to the M bell housing. I have a 221 propain engine or i have a 291 diesel. Should part out the propain and use the money to put the diesel in the M ?
