Yep! The squirrel cage turns freely. Doesn't mean the bushings aren't dry or shot. Took a test light and there is power to the junction box(right threaded post) but no power on the middle post or the left post which is the one sending power over to the fan speed switch. Is that relay you talked about bad or is it the junction box.
