I had to replace about 10 of the zerks in my SA and tried to find some of the drive in ones but couldnt. I did find some at Case but they were in metric and wouldnt work. Ended up getting an assortment at Tractor Supply and tapped them and it worked fine. In fact I ended up taking some good drive in ones out where I would have matching zerks in each side.

Broke one tap off, boy was that fun getting it out.

Taps also work good getting rust out of the old holes like in the stud bolt holes.
