Cub Spark Problem

I have spark at points, the coil wire to the distributor and the coil wire to dist. cap. No spark at the plugs. Installed new cap, rotor, points, condenser and plugs. Distributor is turning. Tractor had run fine up to this point. Any ideas? Got me baffled. Thanks for any input.
