The upper end of the actuator unscrews (sometimes using lots of torque) and slides off. Inside that end piece you'll see a groove for a large o-ring to be inserted. This o-ring is what seals the actuator. NAPA stocks this size o-ring. Replace the o-ring, re-assemble and bleed the cylinder using the set screw on the side of the end piece. Use any and all safety precautions. Have fun.
