1957 INTERNATIONAL 350 utility tractor

All help will be appreciated. A friend of mine has one that the hydraulics stopped working on after it was parked for the last winter. When she started the tractor up the front bucket lifted 6 inches and then nothing else would move. Ive been an auto mech most of my life but dont know squat about tractor hydraulics. I have a manual but learned of you guys from another friend. I normally wouldnt even mess with a tractor but shes a really nice lady left widowed with 3 young children at 43 by a terrible tragedy and Id like to help her
