Mccormick deering W-40 tractor worth

My in-law has a 1937 W40 on full steel that is complete and running that he is interested in selling. He has had for several years but has not kept up with the prices on these old tractors. It is not restored but in nice straight condition with wheel extensions. What is a good ballpark price? Location is se minnesota thanks Also what is the difference in a W40 and a WK40
