It's called a "bypass block," and a fellow from over near Buffalo, NY is making them and selling them on Ebay for reasonable prices. The block bolts in between the hydraulic lines and the touch control block under the gas tank. You then connect hoses to the block, then connect the hoses to a generic "open center" hydraulic valve. Connect the work ports from your new hydraulic valve to the cylinder, and viola!
