I believe that W-4 and W-6 use the same hubs if I'm not mistaken. My 41 H wide fron uses these hubs as well,and the 46 M I have with the Swartz wide front has them on it as well. Maybe you can source W-4 hubs easier,I believe that the spindle is the same.
