Yellow 340 Utility Gas Question, price,options,etc

I have found a yellow 340 gas. 3800 orig. hours. It has an International side mounted hydraulic sickle mower. No T/A, no hitch, with power steering, with foot throttle. It was a county tractor. Near perfect sheetmetal. Runs great, everything works. Missing rear light, hood skirts, and battery box. Good rear tires, fronts are so so. I don't believe it to be an Industrial, just an original "Yellow" 340. $1700 should buy it....Any suggestions?

I think it will match my 300u, 350du and the rest of the herd....
