OT / Hay wagon question

This is putting the "cart" before the horse a bit... har har har, but I was wondering... Has anyone ever given hay rides where they had to take their tractor and hay wagon (cart?, whatever you call it) to the place where the rides are given? What I want to know specifically, is can you pull a hay wagon down the highway behind your truck, or are they not meant for that speed? Or does it depend on the cart itself?
