1957 Cub

I am very interested in getting my Grandfathers 57 Cub running again. this is a special tractor to me since it was my Grandfathers. The tractor has sat in a barn and has not been run since the 1990's. The tractor has spark. The compression is very low and does not appear to be pumping any oil. I live in Branch County, Michigan and I am looking for someone that might be able to help me get this very special tractor running again.
