Jumper hsg was warped pretty good. Spent couple hours with sheets of emery paper taped to glass on office door getting it trued up. That problem solved. Blowing seperator gasket might have been just a fluke. After some thought, I doubt a problem in cooler\heat exchanger circut could blow a gasket?
Looks like I might have made a mountain out of a mole hill. Will carefully install tomorow and see what happens. The HY Capacity gsks. are a lot heaver also.
