Getting bolster bushings out

Hi All , I ordered all the bushings , seals and thrust washer today so now I need to get the bushings out of the bolster . I was thinking of using a air hammer . I'm assuming the bottom one comes out the bottom and the top one comes out the top . Does anyone have an easy surefire way to remove these bushings as painlessly as possible ? Thanks ! ...Randy

BTW- this is on a M .
