JC ;Those bubbles are trapped air underneath your decal...if not too many or too large, you can "slit" (small slit) on bubble and rub down, preferably with a plastic piece such as a credit card or plastic putty knife.
Next time, or if they look bad enough to replace, wipe down area to place decals with a mild dish detergent solution and then "squeegee" them on with a plastic squeegee !
