The 584 is one of the best tractors of that size you will find. They are rated at 52 HP, but will likely turn 60. I have one I bought new in 1980 and it has been a great tractor, it pulls 3x14 inch plows with no problem. They have the best sounding 4 cylinder engine I have ever heard run. The shifting levers are out of the way when mounting tractor. It has a syncronized transmission for easy on the go shifting. It also has shuttle type shifting a option on a lot of tractors today was standard on the 74 series and up.
