Just to let you know, not all 574's have a main jet adjustment screw. The dealer replacement fuel cutoff solenoids have no provision for one. That would be an additional test. Have someone hold the fuel shutoff solenoid against the engine block and then turn the key on. With the side properly grounded, the little needle should shoot right back into the solenoid. When the key is turned off, it should shoot out and stay there. If it doesn't do exactly that, it is shot. Also try running a piece of wire, like a bent coat hanger up through the outlet at the bottom of the tank. If it is slightly plugged there, that will break up the chunk
