Like everything with these older tractors it depends a lot on what you can find and what it costs. The belly pumps are not complicated, it has been a while since I have fixed one so I don't know if parts are available or you may find a good complete unit. If your pump is poor it will get worse the more you use it because the oil gets warmer and thiner. If it is poor you have nothing to lose by filling it with 90 gear oil, that will help or adding a couple of cans of STP will make adifference too.
