Hi, I too think you have carburetor/or fuel problem. You should take apart, clean and install a carb kit. Clean carburetor with carb cleaner and use lots of compressed air. Be sure your float is adjusted properly also. Check the fuel filter in the carburetor and clean it. The filter is in the fuel inlet fitting on your carburetor. You should also remove all the fuel lines, clean them with carb cleaner and compressed air. Also check your sediment bowl and fuel tank, be sure they are clean. A good clean fuel system is very important. Also make sure your carburetor is adjusted, all the screws at the correct setting. If you don't know how to adjust them, I have a few H manuals here and could let you know. Hope this works out and good luck with your H. Andy.
