My Super C had been setting up for a while when i bought it last fall, so I hooked it to a shredder and cut a 100 acres of cotton stalks to see if there were any problems. I think the old gasoline in the tank was tending to jel or there was trash. Every time the engin would start to cut out, I would drain the carburator bowl. It would run for a while and then cut out again. After repeating the process about a half dozen times over two tanks of gas, it has stopped. Clogged fuel lines, water in the gas, and trash in the carburator bowl was a constant issue when we used the old farmalls every day.
