From the factory, that circuit runs from the dash fuse, to the light switch and from there out to ALL the lights including the panel lights.

Nothing is fused via the cab circuit breakers.

Problem is "usually" the light switch and the first place you should look.

However, I've also seen a lot of 'em where the owner will bypass that dash fuse and wire in a circuit breaker right behind the left instrument panel to feed that light switch.
