i would pueach each cylinder tdc and use a long hose to siphon the deisel out. Not sure how much would really be left in there if you just removed the plugs and cranked it over, but if it worries you, use a hose to see if any will siphon out. People do this all the time, and I've never heard of anyone needing to do much besides cranking it over with no plugs in it.
