Stage II Super H

In the past 5 months I have gone to two auctions here in SD to buy subject tractor. Both were one owner very nice running, straight, one with original IH muffler, one with new rubber.. Stopped at 2700 and 2900 on the two and they sold for 100 more.
This weekend there is another one coming up. So I guess I raise my max bid to 3200? Hell I could buy a new JD lawnmower for just a little more than that!
Saw a little Ford 861D that was really sharp.
What's the story on those? Lots of power,(55hp) 3 point, 5 spd, live hydraulics and pto, PS. How can you not like that little outfit?
Local IH dealer has SHARP 656 wf gasser, 6500 hrs. Great tractor for mowing/raking/baling. Anyone want the phone number? Gordo Gordo Gordo

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
