The kit was offered by IH way back when so the logical place to check would be a CaseIH dealer.

Think about it for a second, though... This is an "update kit" for a 40+ year old tractor. Do you really think it's still available?

Go with vet's suggestion and just fix what you have. They work pretty well when put back to new condition.
