Think Guy Fay ending number for 400 and 450 is the best we have to go on unless something new comes out of Wisconsin Historical records. I sure didn't want to claim I know the exact answer to totals or end # and that was the reason for my last response. But I do know for sure ending serial # you have for 400 is not any good. Used a few high 400 serial # as example and seen others.
