Here is what I made to remove pulley. I cut the 3 inch hole in the 3/4 plate with a hole saw on drill press and used bar oil to keep hole saw from getting hot. Then cut out slot with metel cutting bandsaw. I used a porta power, but you can find a hydraulic jack that will work laying on it's side. Friend used mine and had to use 35 ton jack to remove his pulley. PS... you will notice that the upper lefthand bolt hole and the lower right hand bolt hole (that hold to bolster on front on engine) make a straight line diagonaly across the center of the crankshaft. This is where I use the longer tubing and 5/8 althread to press the pulley back on to the crankshaft with porta power.HTH Have fun.. Keith & Shawn
