Very best thing I have found to pop one free is tranny fluid. Out of more then 10 engines I have only had one that didn't pop free and in it all but one cylinder did pop free the one that didn't the sleeve came out with the piston and it took a 12 ton press to get the piston out of it. FILL the cylinders with tranny fluid and also pout as much as you can into the exhaust. By pouring it in the exhaust after you put the plugs back in you get to the open exhaust valves so they will also work free.
