The M Runs Again!!

Hi folks,
Well the messing around in the garage for the last 3 months couple hours a day, finally the M runs. Well it idles any ways, I have just spent the last hour messing with the carburator and timing I gave up for the night. I cant seem to get the engine to rev up with out throwing the choke to 3/4 closed and then it will rev up and I can open the choke a little but not much. Any ideas, is one of my jets still plugged? Thanks in advance
