Yeah, the gas engine needs frequent rebuilds, about every 2500 hours if you're lucky, so assume this one is about ready.

One thing that'll save you money is the lack of a TA. That's another of those big-ticket items that could come around and bite you if it needed replacing. No TA saves you a $2500-4000 repair bill.
