IH Injection Pumps

What are the differences in IH injection pumps from a MD, WD-6, or WD-9? I came across one today, that is almost new. It was removed from a tractor 35 years ago, and stored inside. The guy said it came off a WD-9, but was not 100% positive. The number on the pump is 65314D with 1.02 stamped in the general area a little to the right of it. The serial number is 30121 R. It looks like the one I need, and I think this would be an easy rebuilder. Any information would be great.
