I 340 Hydraulic oil

I have a I340 with a loader and power steering. The loader works off a front external pump and the power steering works off the internal transmission pump. In the morning before starting the tractor both fluids are clear. After I run the tractor both fluids become cloudy white. They both will clear up over night. Is this normal? What may be causing the cloudy oil? Thanks in advance for your comments.
