Old new IHC parts found

Have a friend that purchaced a building that was an old Ih dealership. In the attic were still a bunch of old parts. There are some old truck parts and also culivator and plow parts, Engine bearings, valves and seals.All have part numbers tags but dont know what they fit. There is a box of complete piston rings Part #99741R91, Any one know what these are for. Frank
