Dave on most old farmalls that is normal. Has yours always done this or is it someting new. I have several old ones and most of them drop oil pressure when hot. I have a C that has done that for more than 30 years and it is still going strong. Try a heavier oil and see if it improves. The bottom of of pump can be tuned a little but you could also ruin it. Bottom cover gasket thickness can also be adjusted ( thicker or thinner) to correct end play in pump gears. If tractors does not knock or peck I dont know if I would be to concerned about it. Especially if oil pressure comes up at high engine speed.
