I second the first advise, purchase an Operators Manual. Right off this sites links or ebay. The lever on the left engages your PTO (the spined shaft sticking out of the rear). Remotes are: the hydraulic hook-up for different implements. Normally two couplers or snaptites that except the hoses. The front pedals on the right are your brakes with a divider in the middle so you can run them seperately for turning ratio. The rear pedal on the right is a differential lock for the axles. Stepping down on it locks both right & left axle for pulling, soft environment or worming out after getting stuck. Re-engage it to unlock. two-man
