Cant give much advice on the heart condition, hope its something minor. On the shingles. You must get to a pain management specalist immediately. The shingles generally last about a week and then go away for most people.. But with some the nerves are damaged and the pain stays forever!! Unless you have a specalist look at you.. If they get to you right away they can put prednisone in the nerve channel and block the pain. If you wait, like I did, they cannot effectively block the pain. It is going on 4 years for me and I will have pain permanently on my nose, cheek an lip.. No fun. Feels like poison ivy and a bee sting combined. I have to take a drug called Lyrica to block the pain and it just helps a little, its also very expensive. Generic Neuronton works about as well. e mail me at [email protected] if you need more information. If you delay doing this you could get stuck with the pain forever!!! Gene
