tire and rim size 544 utility?

guys what is the correct tire and rim size for a 544 utility, I have one that has 14.9 x 24's on them, I know they are wrong, would like to find the correct rims and tires for it, this was used for a mowing machine by a county,, sweet tractor but sits way low in the rear, thanks pat,,

also any availabe in upstate ny area?
