Yes I need to buy the rebuild kit from IH its $105.00 The tractor sat for 5-7 years outside and about 8-10 years ago the dealership rebuilt it. It could be we just need to let it run for a long time to help seat the rings again. The manifold was rotted through on the exhaust portion of it so I am sure it got some moister in it. I think it will be ok you can really feel the compression and when the manifold was off and you cranked it over by hand you could hear it really sucking air. Could be the main jet is plugged?
