MD Antifreeze in Oil

As I was changing oil in my MD yesterday I seen antifreeze coming out with the oil. I pulled the Head off and could see a tiny little crack between the intake and Exhaust valves, could this be causing it or are there cracks that I cant see doing it. Also when I took the head gasket off it said bottom which was facing towards the head, could this also have caused it. I will be taking it to town to get it magnafluxed soon. If the head is cracked can it be fixed? Any Ideas?
