Yep. The 294 doesn't have the back rockshaft or the braces attached to the bell housing. It all goes on and comes off as one unit where yours(295) is a quick attach frame that can be left on the tractor after removing the plow. Most 294's also had a long landslide instead of the furrow wheel like the 295 has. Come do have it but most I have seen around here do not. I will try to get pics of my 294 soon.
