farmall has a dry sleeve not a wet sleeve so if you have water leaking its from some wear else but on putting them in put the sleeve in a freezer about 1 hour before you want to install them so there cold this will make them slide in easy then coat them with a light oil slid them in by hand about 1/3 of the way get a good block of oak and a nice size hammer give them a good wack and there in now make sure they dont protrud as to iter fear with the head and gasket
