You won't have any trouble doing anything you want on 10A w/an H. It'll pull a PTO bailer too, but you will need to learn new techniques to clutch/sift w/o a LPTO, but it can be done. We had a neighbor that ran an A-C roto bailer w/H for several years before he put an M&W wheel clutch in it. We used to pull a 15' straight disc w/ours, so I imagine Denny means an 8' tandem.
