We had a 706 gas years ago, an older version of the 756. The engine was the weakest point, needed overhauled about every 3000 hours. The rest of the tractor is bullet proof, way over built for that size tractor, but the gas engine does like fuel and ours was very cold blooded, would take forever to warm up and not run with a sputter or die when you tried to speed the engine up. Not a bad tractor but a diesel would have been ideal.
