IH cub

I know where a cub is sitting in a barn where the owner parked it 20+ years ago before he died. His wife might sell it to me if I am lucky.

I last saw it about 5 years ago, the engine was free the, it was sittin on flat rear tires. If I rember correctly there is a few pieces of equipment sitting in the bushes.

This is located in northern Alabama, what would be a fair price to offer her for the tractor? I don't what to take advantage of her but I also don't what to offer her to much.
