International 574 D239 Engine Diesel smoke.

I just finished rebuilding a 574 with D239(Perfect Circle pistons and sleeves). I have a problem with white smoke(have been told Low compression due to piston change) I have been told there is a fix for this by installing low volumn injector nozzels. Does anyone know the number of the nozzels or is there something else I can do to get rid of the white smoke? Thanks Bob D
