F-12 repair where do you get parts???

Hello,

A good friend of mine, who seems to think 12'
is close enough to a computer, is fixing up a
F-12. Things seem to be going well except
that the front wheel won't turn left or right. The
steering wheel turns a bit until the worm gear
binds on the shaft to the front wheel. Any
ideas on how to free this up?

Secondly, know any where to get parts for this
tractor? Especially like the felt and other
"non-hard" parts associated with the valve
cover?
