I bought that 560 Diesel with the stuck engine I have question

The engine came unstuck fairly easy. One of the liners came up with the piston. They werent rusted or pitted they looked clean. Should I change out the liner or all the liners and pistons? What would be the cheapest way to get it running to check out the rest of the tractor? Thanks in advance. Gary in Oklahoma
