Super MTA Propane Powered????????

I looked at a Farmall Super MTA. Does anyone know how many propane powered were made? It has an "Ensign" unit on it. Are these original equipment? Also has live hydraulics and PTO. I'm in N. Texas, asking price is $1350.00????? How does this compare to other areas. Tractor is suppose to run "well" according to owner. Tires just fair, sheet metal fairly straight, 12v conversion looks pretty humble(not done very well), TA disconnected, so is probally not working??? Thanks!
