Ok, just my two cents worth. I've overhauled quite a few IH engines from the small C's up through the 86 series. I have used the tisco kits but have always got a better deal and superior parts (as good as genuine IH) by shopping around. Sealed Power and TRW at the local parts house has been the best value. No shipping costs and the quality is there. I bought a camshaft for a 1066 for a little over $180. I had a Genuine IH ($450)for a customer that demanded Genuine and compared them. Looked like they both had the same lot numbers and machine marks. Just different boxes. It will pay to shop around.
